To see the dates and times of meetings, check the calendar of the county. Meetings are generally scheduled every Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in the County Administrative Center. The calendar is subject to change at any time. If a scheduled meeting must be postponed, you may still request that it be communicated in writing.
Meetings are scheduled for a variety of different commissions and groups. The Housing Commission is an all volunteers, 13-member citizen advisory committee that advises County Board members on housing policy. The Economic Development Commission also serves as a group for citizens to consult. This gives strategic guidance and direction to the County Board for economic development.
